Stretch Class

These workouts include a variety of exercises in areas such as stretching, Yoga, somatic workouts, self massage, and breathing techniques. Duration: 60 minutes for live trainings in person or on zoom. Suitable for both beginners and regular exercisers. Ideal for energizing and waking up in the morning, resuming your meditation routine, and gently restoring muscle tone. Individual or group sessions available.
